My favorite part of Costpoint is the continued support the system. With new versions there is opportunity to continually update modules and make them work better.
Sometimes with upgrades there are minor issues that aren't fixed until later maintenance releases, which is to be expected.

CAS compliance within gov on is what I like best about Costpoint. I particularly like the enhancements that are being rolled out.
I dislike the gui of Costpoint. Purpose and innovation and the way the diffrrent theme areas could be better in the user experience. Customer support is quick to close any support tickets.

Project setting and budgeting
Everything is there at the tip of our fingertips. It creates a flow to notify other employees of their duties.
There seems to be a delay in uploading documents to update certain charts.
I use the expense feature of Deltek. So, the automation of notifications to everyone in an approval process are notified. I no longer have to contact and email them about it.
