It was recommended to me by friends because of its lower fees. I am very happy with the platform, especially because the onboarding process is very straightforward. It allows me to invest individually in stocks with access to many indices and very low costs. I also appreciate the ease of the display system and the variety of exchanges and stocks available. **What do you dislike about DEGIRO?** The user experience of the DEGIRO platform could be better. I think the interface could be more user-friendly and clearer, especially when it comes to presenting earnings and dividends. For me, it has a relatively comfortable and low cost. You only pay per transaction made and there are no custody fees as with other platforms. Additionally, it is possible to access a wide range of investments besides stocks, ETFs, bonds, indices... **What do you dislike about DEGIRO?** For mobile, the functionality in the app that shows the position one has in the action slightly overlaps the bottom menu, but this is likely something related to my operating system. Because in general, the application is very responsive and has great usability. I achieve the same practicality in the desktop version, and that's why I use it frequently. **What problems is DEGIRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Once you have a good investment thesis, Degiro helps streamline the process of buying and selling stocks in the portfolio. It also helps to better assess the investment profile with questionnaires and tests before investing to better protect capital and have a better awareness of the risks being taken. It also helps to easily review data related to analysts and suggestions according to the latest news about each company. This last point is very useful for deciding whether to increase contributions or sell. ### 3. I do not need to be at a computer that is very flexible. At the beginning it takes time to answer the questions so that the options to operate in different markets are opened, but it is normal because it is mandatory. First, the fees are really low compared to other brokers. Second, the platform is really easy to use and navigate. Third, I like that I can trade a wide range of assets on the platform. Overall, I think Degiro is a great option for investors looking for a low-cost broker. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that Degiro is a European broker. This means that some of the features and options available to investors in other countries may not be available to Degiro users. For example, Degiro does not currently offer stop-loss orders or limit orders. Additionally, Degiro does not offer any kind of customer support in the event that something goes wrong with a trade. **What do you dislike about DEGIRO?** There are a few things I dislike about Degiro. First, the lack of customer support is a bit worrisome. If something goes wrong with a trade, I don't have anyone to help me out. Second, Degiro is not available in all countries, check this first! This means that I can't take advantage of all the features and options that the platform has to offer. Overall, however, I think Degiro is a great option for investors looking for a low-cost broker. **What problems is DEGIRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the main benefits of using DEGIRO is that their fees are much lower than traditional brokers. This can save you a lot of money in the long run. Additionally, DEGIRO is a very user-friendly platform, making it easy for you to navigate and trade a variety of assets. Specifically after I have already entered the 5-digit code, the app did not move me forward. Instead, the app constantly prompted me to re-enter the code over and over again. However, the bug made me still unable to log in. **What problems is DEGIRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** DEGIRO provides me with a smart tool and a platform with which I can make secure investments and manage my investment portfolios. I use this in parallel with binance and Webull. ### 10. Not much else in its favor from my very short experience. **What do you dislike about DEGIRO?** Poor customer service makes it impossible to recommend. I ran into very, very poor and unfriendly customer service even before I actually used it, which is a good thing. I'd hate to have invested anything to then run into issues. I'll take my business elsewhere. Customer service was unwilling to help unlock a simple issue with a login, they neglected to contact me and robotically told me I had to follow certain steps, which I am more than willing to, but that they should call me.
