**What do you like best about Deepdesk?**

This AI bot is a great help for email and chat.It helps to respond to each customer's question instantly. Real-time support that is simple to grasp.The digital channel offers the best contact centre agents. The finest feature is its capacity to optimise and streamline the customer assistance procedure as a whole. Its integration method produces outstanding client experiences and increases productivity.

**What do you dislike about Deepdesk?**

For small businesses, it might be a bit pricey.
If you are unfamiliar with the method, it will take some time to grasp. Because there is an AI that can answer, my workload from dealing with clients has dropped.

**What problems is Deepdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are utilising this to help customers in real time via email and chat, and it solves the issue with virtual support in the organisation.It enabled me to provide excellent customer service and quicker response times.

**What do you like best about Deepdesk?**

Ease of work, faster and less likely to make mistakes for agents when interacting with our customers. Pre-filled texts make it easier, and customer support and agent performance have increased drastically. This has been integrated with our CRM tool, which we use almost daily.

**What do you dislike about Deepdesk?**

AI responses could be improved, sometimes, it doesn't understand what the customers is talking about.

**What problems is Deepdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We receive thousands of chats daily, it becomes very difficult for agents to handle this all by themselves. Deepdesk goes on an auto-pilot mode and the AI solves half of the queries. Our conversations with customers have become more smooth because of the AI functionality and quick response system integrated with our CRM tool.

Deepdesk is highly regarded by me for its AI-powered capabilities in automating and enhancing CSS interactions. Its "Agent Assist" feature is awesome

Deepdesk is very easy to use and its resolve the manpower availability and provide support to the customer at real time.

Deep desk helps customers feel like they are having real conversations however, it is AI. When I use deep desk 100% of the time the solution to the question I had is answered.

There isn't really anything I dislike, I am a fan of this

It's an excellent AI agent assist for chat and mail.It help to provide answers in real time to every customers. Easy to understand and real time suppot.It provide best contact center agent is digital channnel.

Not useful for tricky questions. Slow processing some time.

Maneual work decrease due to Auto AI answer technique with Deepdesk. Work load is less.
