DCKAP's integrator is very flexible and the people using it actually understand their own tool. Because it is also built on it's own platform rather than being a SQL query built from scratch, it is much easier and faster to make changes and updates than custom solutions can be. DCKAP also gives you access to your own environment which is sadly not something that you see all that often anymore. The team we worked with has been very responsive. The integrator tool is not incredibly intuitive to an outside user. While you are given access to your environment, you'll be hard-pressed to actually do anything in it without some guidance. To their credit, the team at DCKAP was more than willing to schedule some time with us to teach us about the integrator when we requested it, but it would be nice if that were a set part of the onboarding process. DCKAP Integrator has allowed us to automate the process of taking credit card orders via our E-Commerce site and poulating Prophet 21 Remittances. The Portal to view and manage the DCKAP Integrator is well-designed and logical to utilize. The logs allow us to review the history and status of our Integrations. Easy-to-use UI with most of the features we need. I have visibility into the important details when I need them, and a clean dashboard view when I don't. Once a sync begins, it would be nice to see the number of records that will be synced, with an estimated time to completion. This would help with active montoring and diagnosis of our ERP.
