The best feature of DataHawk is how they made keyword ranks tracking, I believe. It's just the right way and I wanted to have tool like this long ago (was doing tracking manually) - and mainly this is a perfect embodiment of what I thought of in my mind. Despite the tool is very useful, the constant utilizing it could be annoying. Here's the list of things that are really annoying to me personally:

— Every time you open Keyword Ranks tab you should sort out the keywords again the way you want to see them (by Search Volume, Decreasing). Every. Time. By default it shows up the keywords by Rankings. Ranks matter - indeed. But high volume keyword ranks matter more. This just makes no sense. I have dozens of keywords (most of them are low volume and have the best ranks) - why should I see them first? Or just let me set the default sorting.

— Keyword Tags are useless. You can't see them on Keyword Ranks page. There's no sense in tagging Core Keywords, Low Volume important keywords, focus keywords, etc. - tags just make no sense unless they are not visible on Keyword Ranks page. You can't filter your keywords by those tags as well. Imagine, you're focusing on top-3 keywords in the niche, running SKCs on those, keeping close attention to what's happening — and every time you have to scroll and find those keywords in the list and check their performance. Super annoying. And don't tell me to use search bar - I want to have an easy access to all the keywords I want in no time. Hear me, DataHawk, please!

— Why not make an option "Keywords per page"???

— Keywords Ranks charts. One more super annoying feature is those ranks charts. Every time you open Keyword Ranks the top 5 ranked keywords are usually selected (by rank) - and those keywords would 99% always be low volume and less valuable than main niche keywords. And if you want to check your keywords graphs you have to check/uncheck the default graphs first, and then select yours. That's just lame.

— Annotations. Totally useless feature. Could have been very useful, though. Imagine you're doing a keyword rank boost and you want to leave some event notes to be able to quickly see the before/after on the graph. (e.g. "I increased the Placements bid from ... to ..." > the rank started to grow > it is seen on the graph). You won't find it here. Make Event/Annotations Tags, DataHawk! This is a musthave!

— Dark Theme. The tool is just not made to use at daylight 😅. Are you guys sitting in the caves developing DataHawk? I'm drawing my curtains every time I have to use DataHawk because it's just impossible to work with at day.

— Pricing. Taking the fact that the core feature is Keyword Ranks tracking and others are just... basically almost useless ATM (Advertising are showing only estimated numbers, Sales too) I would say that it's overpriced.

Those are my main claims to DataHawk. I have a larger list of suggestions, though the ones I mentioned are the crucial I believe.

All in all, it is a good tool with CRAZY potetial. I just think you guys haven't actually realized what a vital tool you made and what's the real potential of it. 😁 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that I don’t like is the time that I have to wait for the report to be generated and also the fact that I cannot demand all the reports at the same time.
