Data Dweel Sales Enablement saves our sales team's time and effort by provding them content directly rather than them having to search for it. It also allows us to see which content is being used by our employees that we supply to them helping us provide important content and not waste on useless stuff.

Data Dwell is great for tracking sales and managing leads. The report and analytics that ir provides are easy to understand and use, they help us identify our performance and in what areas we can improve. It is easy and simple to use.

Data dwell tool has a very clean interface. It helps us stay more up-to-date on what our employees are working on providing better clarity. It also allows us to view which content performs better and which one doesn't which helps us make better decisions.

Data Dwell generates thumbnails, for content pieces making them more appealing to click on. The software is smooth and easy to use. he support team has been incredibly helpful.

The interface feels a bit overwhelming making navigation and finding data a bit difficult. The tool lacks advanced analytics features that provides insights into customer preferences.

Finally Data Dwell Sales Enablement brings clarity to our sales process. Its allows our team to manage leads and sales data.  Implementing this well structured strategy leading to a boost, in sales.

**What do you like best about Data Dwell Sales Enablement?**

Working with Data Dwell has been an absolute pleasure. We were looking for a tool that provides us with granular insights and details about the usage of our content material - Data Dwell gave us exactly this and more! With Data Dwell being a Salesforce native tool, it was great for our Marketing team to directly connect reports and see engagement levels to a very granular level. Our Sales team loves that they have everything in one place and the insights are super useful when it comes to following up with prospects. Apart from the tool itself, Data Dwell's team is simply amazing! There is never a "no" but everything will be done to find a way to make the tool work for YOUR company.

**What do you dislike about Data Dwell Sales Enablement?**

The only think I would like to see in the future is Data Dwell generating a thumbnail of the content piece or that Sales can set a thumbnail when sharing a link, simply to make it more attractive to click.

**What problems is Data Dwell Sales Enablement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved the issue of having zero visibility of our content usage. Now we not only know which content piece performs best, but which content helped close deals for which buyer persona and what tunnel stage. Those insights are very useful!

Data Dwell Sales Enablement integrates directly into our Salesforce CRM which makes it easy for marketing and sales to share content to prospects, opportunity contacts, and customers. From a marketing perspective, the fact that we can easily measure who engaged with our content helps us determine what types of content resonates with our audience and where we need to optimize or create new content.

There is nothing not to like about the software...

Sales and Marketing can share relevant content, at the right time, in an intuitive and easy-to-use way. And all of the information (data) on the content, and how people engaged with the content is saved in our CRM.

The way you can set the exact rules by which different pieces of content will be surfaced to your sales team and the metrics you get from the portals. It gives marketing much more control over the later stages of the sales cycle

It's Salesforce native which is great but in my new company we use hubspot so I don't think I can use it here

Great insight into how sales share and prospects consume the content my team produces

Putting a measurable ROI on content in the form of contributions to closed deals is also very valuable

Salesforce native app that gives us visibility over the content that has been shared with our prospects/customers throughout the sales cycle from lead stages to closed-won. Our customers can find all the information from us in one platform created for them. They can easily share it with their organization without looking through several emails and attachments, which then help us understand the political landscape.

**What do you dislike about Data Dwell Sales Enablement?**

We have recently implemented the solution. We still need to optimize and improve how we use it, but we have not noticed any significant downsides yet. So far, we got all the support we needed.

DataDwell is endlessly flexible.  Also, since it is built on Salesforce it integrates directly into Sales and Marketing processes with ease.

Overall there was nothing I disliked about DataDwell.

We were looking to use DataDwell to do Account Based Marketing targeted at key accounts.  Using this tool, we have been able to provide targeted, personalized experiences for our accounts while also sharing the content we wanted them to have.

**What do you like best about Data Dwell Sales Enablement?**

Ability to suggest content relevant to the record that is being viewed (lead / opportunity). Ability to track the interaction (open / click) on the content. Keep track easily of what information / collaterals have already been shared with the contact / lead previously. Create secure portals to store all documents so that the contact / lead can easily find all our collaterals and don't need to search through their emails.

**What do you dislike about Data Dwell Sales Enablement?**

Only very small downside is the footprint of the package (21 extra Objects) including some that are not used (deprecated). If this could be cleaned up and surplus objects removed it would be great!

**Recommendations to others considering Data Dwell Sales Enablement:**

I would highly recommend the Data Dwell tool. It is easy to use and fits well in our organization.

**What problems is Data Dwell Sales Enablement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to suggest relevant content to our Sales Teams directly on their Leads and Opportunities so they don't need to search for content on internet / intranet sites. We can also keep track easily of what content has already been shared with the lead / contact by other teams (for example: Business Development or Pre-Sales) and can track if / when the lead / contact opens or clicks on the collateral.

**What do you like best about Data Dwell Sales Enablement?**

A lot of our time goes into creating assets for the sales team, whether it is case studies, one-pagers, explanatory videos, etc. And although the sales team is made aware of each new piece of content, it’s not easy to make sure that they actually use it. So, a lot of content probably goes unused, which can only result in wasted time and marketing budget.  Data Dwell helps me see what is and isn’t being used, what each Sales rep uses and when, and that helps us adjust accordingly. But most importantly, the assets are promoted to them directly in the pipeline, so they don’t spend a lot of time searching for documents anymore.

**What do you dislike about Data Dwell Sales Enablement?**

As a recent user, I'm not aware of any weaknesses of the solution.

**What problems is Data Dwell Sales Enablement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the problems that is being sorted out is the disconnect between marketing & sales. Benefits include the array of insights that will help with the creation of future assets, the option to see the engagement of prospects with content, and also learning of new stakeholders from a specific prospect's company.
