Dark Factory - Governed Autonomous Software Delivery Reviews & Product Details

Dark Factory is a governed autonomous software delivery platform. AI agents automatically pick up tickets from existing trackers, write code, run tests, and perform security scans inside isolated sandboxes. Every change requires explicit human approval before it can be merged to production. All actions are recorded in a tamper-evident evidence ledger powered by Reign. It integrates with the customer’s existing toolchain (Jira, Linear, GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and security tools) and is designed for regulated enterprises in banking, capital markets, life sciences, and other industries that must meet OSFI E-23, EU AI Act, DORA, and similar compliance requirements.
