Danaya Reviews & Product Details

Danaya is a compliance and identity verification platform built for French-speaking Africa. It helps banks, fintechs, microfinance institutions, insurers and other regulated businesses onboard customers faster while meeting their regulatory obligations. The platform is available as SaaS, through an API, or on mobile, for remote or in-person onboarding. Danaya covers the full compliance workflow: Identity verification (KYC): ID cards, passports, consular cards and driving licences. Business verification (KYB): RCCM, DFE, company statutes, directors and beneficial owners. AML/CFT screening: PEP lists, international sanctions, adverse media and continuous monitoring. Advanced biometrics: liveness detection and face matching for fully remote onboarding. Document fraud detection: checks on the authenticity of submitted documents. Full audit trail: every check is logged, which makes due diligence traceable and regulatory audits easier. Danaya combines AI, biometrics and partnerships with public and private data sources adapted to the realities of French-speaking Africa. It reduces onboarding time from tens of minutes to under a minute while strengthening compliance, fraud prevention and risk management. Its mission is to build the digital trust infrastructure that helps African organizations onboard more customers, faster and in full compliance, and so supports financial inclusion.
