What I like most about CYPHER Learning is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. The platform makes it easy to manage courses and track student progress, allowing me to focus more time on teaching and less on administration. Although the platform is quite comprehensive, the customization of design and presentation options for the courses is limited. I genuinely like the ease of access with which both instructors and students can navigate courses on CYPHER. I have used other learning management systems before and they tend to be all over the place and overall just clunky. With CYPHER, I can better direct the flow of attention and everything is visible practically from the start screen. Generating a downloadable version of the gradebook easily saves me hours of work. Pathway settings, I envision that each required topic in a course should go towards the overall count for completion of the course. i.e. if I have a pathway for induction policies, I had a topic for course privacy policy, then when running a report on privacy policy it should reflect for the course overall.
