1. Tasks management - either in the platform, Jira or via Monday. Could be nice to have a Linear integration for tasks as some owners are Devs.

I was hoping to use the Linear integration before our first audit, and it wasn't ready at that time. But it is ready now, so we will be able to use it in our next audit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is very clear, there is a clear set up of what you need to do, what controls are required. The platform also takes the company status into account when selecting the controls to face.

Integrations help a lot in knocking down some of the controls and picking up evidence with no manual labor from the user side. Integerations also help to specify what exactly needs to be fixed in order to be complient with the control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love if Cypago had a more clear remediation steps in some of the controls. It does say what is the problem ,and what specific component needs to be fixed, but it's not always clear how to fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The catalog of security frameworks helps to quickly get started with those that are most popular: SOC, SOX, ISO, HIPAA, etc. The interface for the list of controls is unique (compared to most other platforms which uses a spreadsheet layout.) Cypago is still a growing company and will need to continue building integrations with other security tools, like scanners and policy management platforms. Also, having a team in the US for support rather than having to rely soley on a team in Israel would be highly convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration to cloud and CI/CID systems was smooth. After the enviroment was connected the ability to gather and add evidence while interacting with the auditor saves the lion share of actual auditing time.
