## About Custela
Custela is an AI visibility platform that measures how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity mention and recommend brands in their answers. It queries each assistant with prompts derived from the brand's own products and categories, such as "which shop sells X" or "best tool for Y", and records the outcome for each assistant separately. For every answer, Custela records whether the brand was mentioned, its position among all websites the assistant named, which competitors appeared instead, and which pages the assistant cited as sources. Measurement runs in two separate steps. The assistant's answer is first stored verbatim, including its cited links. A rule-based parser then converts that stored answer into metrics. The scoring layer contains no language model, so the same stored answer always produces the same values, and past measurements can be recalculated when parser rules change. The scoring formula and its documented limits are described in the product's published methodology. Core capabilities: - Visibility score and trend, per assistant and combined, calculated from mention rate (70 points) and average position (30 points) - Competitor tracking across the same prompts - Cited-source reporting, showing which pages assistants link to for a given category - Task generation: recommended site changes derived deterministically from the account's own measurement data - Email and PDF reports - Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data shown alongside AI visibility metrics Automatic measurement runs weekly or monthly depending on plan and configuration, and can be triggered manually at any time. Daily measurement is not offered. The application interface and support are in Czech, and the product is aimed at e-commerce and marketing teams in the Czech and Central European market. A native integration for the Upgates e-commerce platform pre-fills brand, domain and product categories on activation and generates prompts from the store's own catalogue categories. Scope: Custela measures AI assistants. Google AI Overviews are not measured. Plans: Starter at 990 CZK per month (approx. EUR 41) covers ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, one site and three tracked competitors. Profi at 1,490 CZK per month (approx. EUR 62) adds Claude, five sites and twenty tracked competitors. Enterprise plans include white-label reporting and are priced on request. Billing is in CZK. A seven-day trial is available.
