Cuotiq Reviews & Product Details

Cuotiq is cloud-based credit management software for microfinance institutions. The platform replaces manual processes and spreadsheets with an integrated system for portfolio, cash, and collection operations. Automatic payment schedules accommodate daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly frequencies to suit different loan products. The mobile collection app supports GPS tracking, offline payment processing, and photographic transaction documentation. A supervision map provides real-time visibility of collector routes and customer visits. Portfolio analysis reports include delinquency aging and portfolio-at-risk metrics. Cash management tools offer inventory counting, receipt generation, and audit trails. The platform uses HTTPS encryption, multi-factor authentication, and automated backups to maintain secure, isolated environments for each institution. Accessible via web browsers and mobile apps, the software supports multiple currencies and compliance requirements.
