What do you like best about HR365?

The HR ticketing system is very useful for tracking day to day help requests, effectively.

The asset manager tool is used regularly by our performance group to track and check in/out equipment for job site visits and allows them to effectively work as a team and know what tools are available or not to borrow for job site visits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR365?

occasionally there is slowdowns when writing replies within the ticketing system when viewing and replying to a ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HR365?

I really like the centralized employee repository in HR365 because it brings all employee data into one place, ensuring consistent data and providing a single source of truth for the HR team. After the initial setup and a bit of training, we got used to it and now love using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR365?

If a staff is reporting to many supervisors, it does not give a 365 overview of the scope of that employee, limiting the supervisors to give a holistic performance appraisal objectively. It was difficult at first, but after training, we are used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HR365?

I like that the product is completely inside SharePoint, no additional logins or credentials, and the product is built using SP mechanisms like lists, so adjusting things is pretty logical if something is missing in the UI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR365?

The GUI is not all-inclusive, there are bugs in the form editor, and sometimes moving things around might cause a field to go missing form the list entirely. Support has been very responsive and provided solutions to most of my issues so far, with promise of upcoming updates to make this a better experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HR365?

HR365 have been very helpful and responsive to my questions and requests. There are many good features which we have set up which have been very useful across the business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR365?

At first the Org chart setting for a dedicated site wasn't available but it was available in the people directory by using a button but our HR team requested if it could be set up on a dedicated SharePoint site as it was like this before and they have used it like this in previous workplaces Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
