CrowdReply Reviews & Provider Details

In theory I liked what they claimed they could offer. In actuality they don't provide any of the services they claim to provide but instead make excuses as to why their services don't actually work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their accounts are mostly flagged as spam and their comments / upvotes don't stay (despite being charged for them).

Their accounts LOOK like they have high karma points, but when you dig into it, MOST of these accounts have their comments / upvotes removed as they don't actually provide real value, they just spam endlessley.

Their customer service RECOGNIZES they aren't providing the service they claim to provide, but also don't refund as "it's outside of our control". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automation and analytics are incredible.

I can see which comments rank at the top, track upvotes, and even export campaign data to CSV for reporting.

The “Task Tracking” dashboard is clean and powerful — it shows exactly which Reddit posts are published, removed, or performing best.

I also like that I can group tasks by campaign and see comment rank and engagement metrics at a glance.

It basically saves hours of manual work while giving me measurable SEO and engagement gains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I’ve noticed is that some comments still get flagged or removed by Reddit moderators — which is understandable, since Reddit is strict about automation and tone and I think it's just the nature of the beast, regardless of the tool being used. There's another tool that I use with only 10% of comments getting through so I can't really complain.

It would be great if CrowdReply could offer a built-in tone analyzer or AI suggestion tool to make posts sound more “human” and subreddit-friendly before submission.

Aside from that, everything has been reliable and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me the customer service and training are better than most platforms I have used in this and other spaces. They are also quick to refund credits for unsuccessful or troubled campaigns. My favorite lesson is how they push authenticity and teach you how to be a productive member of both Reddit and CrowdReply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For someone on a tight budget, I do not like the minimal credit buy ins of 200 USD but I understand that they need to make money. I just wish it was a 30 dollar lowest credit buy in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing particular as of now. Everything going sooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like the all in one service that CrowdReply provides. While we have used Reddit before for marketing it was much more complicated and time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Would have liked a simple trial signup before committing, but it was totally worth it in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, how easy it was to set up and integrate. I was expecting a complicated implementation, but we were up and running in less than a day. The interface is intuitive - both for our team managing it and for community members jumping in to help. No lengthy training needed." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I'm being picky, the reporting dashboard could use a few more customisation options. It covers the basics well, but I'd love to create more custom reports for specific metrics we track internally. Minor quibble, though - doesn't impact day-to-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They do what they promise to do. That's why they earned my trust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have not tested thoroughly, but it seems like some of the order upvotes don't get delivered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use this to locate threads and comments where people are talking about my product or business. It helps me keep track of relevant discussions involving what I offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform tends to use a lot of system resources. When I have several applications or software running on my computer, accessing their website consumes more resources than I would expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
