It not only helps manage them, but also provides useful insights. the subscription is value for money in terms of the number of services it provides, it has vast number of services, i have not even used many of them yet **What do you dislike about Credo AI?** there are lots of features and they still feels something new and i generally feels hard to try out anything new in it which might even further help me to organise all the AI agents **What problems is Credo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** we have a quite a big team in our organisation and have several different projects, each project team uses different kind of models and we did not had nay thing to manage these different kind of models being used and even didnt had a option to know whats currently being used and how its doing currently so that for any new similar project we can use the same model, credo helped here with not only managing everything but it also gives great insights as well ### 2. This is crucial to have a good AI so the information will not be detected or have errors, and Credo AI helps to restrict that and monitor the problems people can have **What do you dislike about Credo AI?** can add complexity with policies and information, also the software needs to improve because it has a learning curve, and you can not aadded to ChatGPT or other open source; it will need to be an independent system **What problems is Credo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** The information is well used, it can match the data without any problem or register the user for applications, and the risks detected are well monitored, and the system works well to solve problems, and you can not worry about the bad use of data ### 3. If I had to mention one area, it would be that, as a governance-focused platform, some of its concepts and features can feel quite technical for new users. Having even more beginner-friendly resources, tutorials, and real-world examples could make it easier for people who are just starting their AI governance journey. Our team switched to Credo.ai from a combination of manual processes and existing risk/compliance tools because it provided a more centralized approach to AI governance, risk assessment, compliance tracking, and monitoring. The initial setup was relatively easy, and once configured, the platform was much easier to use. **What do you dislike about Credo AI?** One area that could be improved is the overall user experience and simplicity. Credo.ai has a lot of capabilities, but for a new user, it can sometimes feel complex because there are many governance workflows, risk categories, controls, policies, and compliance requirements. A more intuitive dashboard with clearer step-by-step guidance would make it easier to understand what action is required next.
