Count-IT Reviews & Product Details

Count-IT is a Dutch cloud ERP system with an integrated point of sale, built for SMEs in wholesale, B2B, retail, hospitality and concept stores. Stock management, purchasing, sales orders, invoicing, CRM, a B2B ordering portal and the till all run in one system on the same data, so stock, prices and customers are always up to date across the shop floor, warehouse and back office. Key features include real-time stock across multiple warehouses and locations, purchase advice based on min/max stock and sales, sales orders with partial deliveries, picking and shipping labels, customer-specific price lists and tiered pricing, and a self-service ordering portal for business customers. Concept stores and shop-in-shops can sell products from multiple suppliers through one till, with commission calculated and invoiced per supplier and a portal where suppliers see their own stock and sales. Count-IT integrates with 30+ systems, including Exact Online, Moneybird, Shopify, WooCommerce, Mollie, CCV, Sendcloud and DHL, and offers a REST API. Hardware is delivered pre-installed and configured. Support is personal: customers call or message a specialist directly, Monday to Saturday.
