The lead engineer, Kenneth Spann was very knowledgeable and even through some challenges, he was committed to finding the solution that worked for us. The PM, Nate Gangwer kept the project on track and was great at communciation. In the end, we were able to apply the policies needed, tested, validated and Coretek was right there with us to offer support. **What do you dislike about Data & AI?** There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Coretek delivered results and in a timely manner. We can't ask for more than that. **Recommendations to others considering Data & AI:** Our team has worked with Coretek on a number of projects this year. The engineers are very knowledgeable and technical and the entire team from Pre-Sales to Implementation, was great. Would definitely recommend. **What problems is Data & AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to disable CoPilot from all applications for a number of users at one of our sites. It was a security requirement for that site. Coretek was brought on implement policies to meet this requirement. ### 2. The project was planned very thoroughly and went very smoothly as a result of this. **What do you dislike about Data & AI?** Not much to report there. Sometimes it took a while to engage when issues popped up but this is understandable as we were aware that they had several projects going on in parallel. **Recommendations to others considering Data & AI:** My team's experiences with the Coretek team, from the project planning phase to project closure, were very positive. They delivered what they promised and were there to help with anything we needed. I would highly recommend their services. **What problems is Data & AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We enlisted Coretek to help us build out our new Azure tenant, specifically our SOC and network infrastructure. ### 3. Additionally, they supported us in evaluating our Intune foundation. This would allow them to draw on lessons learned from previous customers and provide more accurate estimates for schedules and resources. **Recommendations to others considering Data & AI:** Take the time to explain the challenges you anticipate so they can match you with the best resources.
