The communication with Convermax was fantastic as well. The team is very responsive and understands your specific needs too. What I liked best about working with Convermax is that they were able to implement everything we needed, even if it was outside of their regular scope of work. I also wanted to give a special mention to their search tool. From my perspective, it's much better than any other competitor and it's also blazing fast. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Convermax again in the future and most likely will be working on other projects with Alex and his team in the future :) **What do you dislike about Convermax?** I want this review to be honest and unbiased. I don't exactly have any negative criticism about working with Convermax, however, I did want to comment on the speed of completion. certain tasks took longer than expected, however, this is partially our own doing since some tasks were introduced during the project itself. Convermax's team didn't shy away and say no to our special requests, they just took a bit longer than anticipated to complete them. With that said, good things take time, so it was totally worth the wait. The takeaway to whoever might be reading this: If you have a set deadline for your project to launch, I would suggest factoring in an extra 4-6 weeks to be safe. This will allow for anything new that may arise while you are working with Alex and his team! **What problems is Convermax solving and how is that benefiting you?** Convermax was able to integrate our wheel and tire year/make/model search exactly the way we wanted on a platform that this has not been done on before. The filter panel can reveal or hide certain elements as a distinguished condition. They can be quickly repositioned to match a given product classification. For its part, it has a considerably receptive team and they managed to devise a procedure to carry out individualized filtering without the need to form a large change. **What do you dislike about Convermax?** I have no particular problem with Convermax. But sometimes it can be a bit complicated to use, but it is solved with their support team since they are wonderful. Another thing that I think is pertinent to mention is that the use of this tool is very expensive compared to other software. **Recommendations to others considering Convermax:** With improvements and fixes to this interface and exploration reasoning until we are pleased with it. They are very responsive, usually replying to emails effectively, plus it is a very insightful, apt and helpful platform. I cannot think of a single thing that we have asked them not to achieve or not intend to do. Extraordinary customer support.
