"All-in-One Webinars With Instant Replays, Clips, and Flexible Embeds"
5/5
What do you like best about Contrast?

The all-in-one workflow is what stands out. Registration, going live, hosting the replay, and generating promo clips all happen in one place, so we can run a regular series (our eyko Beats webinars) without stitching several tools together each time.

The repurposing is the single best part. Clips get generated straight off the recording and the replay is ready the moment we finish, so a live session immediately becomes short-form content we can push out, rather than waiting on a separate edit cycle.

The embed options are a close second: registration forms drop onto our own landing pages and the upcoming-events widget sits on our Beats page, so people convert on eyko.ai with our branding and tracking intact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contrast?

The main friction point is transcript editing. Correcting the auto-generated transcript (for us, it kept mishearing "eyko" as "ECO") turned out to be risky, because removing and reapplying a transcript broke the clips already generated from the recording. That meant a support ticket to get the video back to its original state. A safer way to fix transcript text without disturbing existing clips would make a big difference.

Transcript accuracy on brand and product names is the smaller version of the same issue: worth a manual pass before you publish captions or cut clips.

One minor thing on setup: registration pages are unlisted by default rather than gated, so anyone with the URL can register. There is a separate "Gate your events" feature if you need tighter control, but it is a setting to remember rather than the default. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong all-in-one, with a few small edges to watch"
5/5
What do you like best about Contrast?

We run a recurring finance webinar series, eyko Beats, and Contrast handles the whole lifecycle for us. Setup is quick, the studio is clean to present and go live in, and the automatic replay means the recording is ready to work with the moment we finish. The repurposing features are the real win: clips get generated straight off the recording, which cuts a big chunk of our post-production time.

The embed options are flexible too. We use the per-event registration form on dedicated landing pages and the upcoming-events widget on our main Beats page, and both dropped into our site without any fuss. The channel page for upcoming events and replays is a nice bonus for anyone who lands there directly.

One small gripe: the auto-generated transcript occasionally mishears brand names (it heard "eyko" as "ECO"), and correcting it needs care so you don't disturb clips already generated from the recording. Minor, and support was responsive when we needed a hand. Overall it does exactly what we need without getting in the way. Recommended for teams running a regular webinar cadence. "Frictionless Webinars with Polished Studio and Powerful Marketing Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Contrast?

We run all our webinars at Malibou on Contrast, and we genuinely love it. The biggest win is how it removes the friction that usually comes with live events. Setting up a session takes minutes, the studio experience feels polished without needing a production team, and the live engagement features (interactive moments, real-time interaction with the audience) keep attendees actually watching instead of dropping off.

What really sets it apart for us is the marketing layer: native registration pages, automated reminder flows, and the fact that everything connects cleanly into our stack means a single webinar turns into a full content and lead-gen engine. The replays and the ability to repurpose recordings afterward give each session a long second life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contrast?

Honestly, very little. If I had to point to something, the platform ships new features at such a fast pace that we occasionally discover capabilities we didn't realize were already there. A slightly more proactive in-app nudge when something new launches would help us get even more value, faster. We'd also love a few more advanced customization options on the registration pages to push branding even further. But these are minor wishes, not real pain points. "A simple and powerful webinar platform for seamless engagement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Contrast?

Contrast is extremely easy to use, both from a host and a viewer perspective. The platform is very intuitive, so you can get started quickly without any complex setup. I also really appreciate the built-in features like polls and CTAs, which are super practical during webinars, especially the polls that appear directly in the chat, making it seamless for viewers to engage.

Another big plus is the access to analytics after each session. Being able to see key stats like the number of attendees, poll responses, and overall engagement makes it easy to measure performance and improve future webinars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contrast?

Occasionally, we’ve experienced minor technical issues as speakers, such as microphone bugs or brief freezes. However, these problems are usually quickly resolved by simply refreshing the page. While it hasn’t been a major blocker, improving stability in these situations would make the experience even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The easiest way to run high-impact webinars"
5/5
What do you like best about Contrast?

What I really like about Contrast is how effortless it makes running webinars end to end. Setting up an event takes just a few minutes, and the ability to duplicate and reschedule events without any hassle saves a lot of time.

Some of my favorite features are the engagement tools. Being able to interact with attendees through polls and chat, and even pin chats on screen to address questions, makes sessions feel much more dynamic and interactive.

The integration with HubSpot works seamlessly, making it easy to track performance and pull reports. The built-in analytics are also very helpful for understanding webinar performance and audience behavior.

Additionally, the email automation within the platform is a big plus. It ensures reminders go out on time, and even when schedules change, managing communication with attendees remains simple and smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contrast?

There isn’t any major downside that stands out, but one feature I’d love to see is the ability to have speaker notes within the platform. That would make it much easier to stay on track during live sessions without relying on external tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fluid and Interactive Experience, great tools for webinars"
4/5
What do you like best about Contrast?

I love the simplicity of using Contrast and the smoothness of the experience it offers, both for organizers and participants. The platform allows webinars to be broadcast easily while offering interactive features that promote live exchanges. I really appreciate the clip feature with subtitles, it's great! It saves me time, simplifies organization, registration management, and automatic reminders, while providing a better experience for participants. The initial setup was also super smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contrast?

I would like more customization for the registration pages, and I think a button to quickly close registrations when a webinar is full would be a real plus :). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplify Our Webinars with Exceptional Support"

What do you like best about Contrast?

I appreciate that Contrast simplifies the organization of our webinars, with fewer technical complications, which saves us time and reduces stress. I like the ease of use and the extremely professional rendering, the UX is very suitable and modern. The management of responses saves us time, the onboarding of guests is very easy even for technophiles, and the Dashboard helps with results and reports to managers. The support is ultra-responsive and above all human, and the technical reliability is perfect with zero bugs. The initial installation was smooth and without bugs. "The best webinar platform we've tested"
5/5
What do you like best about Contrast?

Super easy to use. You don't need to be technical at all to set up a webinar, the interface is intuitive enough that you can just figure it out as you go.

The feature set is solid too. Pre-scheduled webinars work great, and whenever we had a question, their support team was fast and actually helpful.

We tried a few other platforms before this (Livestorm, Riverside) and honestly, we had mixed results: features mixing, support being terrible or problems before live events.

We just wanted something that works and doesn't give us headaches. When you have hundreds of people registered for a webinar, you really don't want to be troubleshooting things last minute. You just want it to work. And Contrast does. Happy we found them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contrast?

One feature I’d really love to see added is the ability to restream to YouTube or LinkedIn. For us, that’s honestly the only thing that feels missing right now. If they ever add it, it would become the most complete webinar platform out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Webinars and Efficient Lead Generation"
5/5
What do you like best about Contrast?

I appreciate how Contrast makes it easy for our customers to attend webinars without needing to download any software, which has been helpful for those with security restrictions. It's also made inviting guest hosts and other participants super simple. The snippets tool is a time saver, as it helps identify strong pieces of content from webinars for social media promotion, which was previously a time-consuming task. Streamlining the whole process from interest to registration and then to the landing page has increased our conversion rates. I also like how easy it is to get a webinar landing page up and running, and the integration with HubSpot helps with fast lead follow-up. Setting up Contrast was super easy, taking just a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contrast?

Maybe some modifications to the Snippet tool that allow the videos to be in Portrait mode which would work better for social would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, All-in-One Webinar Platform with Powerful Engagement, Analytics & HubSpot Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Contrast?

Contrast stands out for how intuitive and complete the platform is. Setting up and running webinars is incredibly smooth, from registration to live delivery. The studio feature is especially useful for preparing sessions in advance and coordinating with speakers behind the scenes. I also really like the engagement tools (polls, chat, CTAs), which help keep audiences involved throughout the event. On top of that, the analytics are very detailed and give clear insights into attendee behavior. The AI-powered content repurposing is a huge plus, making it easy to turn webinars into clips for social media.

Also love how great the integration into Hubspot is. Makes the follow up for our sales teams much easier and personalised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contrast?

Not much to be honest!

If I had to point out something, it would be great to have more advanced customization options for emails (like tracking open rates or more flexibility in survey formats), but these are relatively minor compared to the overall value of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
