Construction.live Reviews & Product Details

Construction.live is an AI Construction Assistant built specifically for general contractors, subcontractors, estimators, project managers, and construction professionals. It helps teams analyze project documents, level subcontractor bids, identify scope gaps, automate repetitive workflows, and make faster, more informed decisions throughout the construction lifecycle. Unlike general-purpose AI tools, Construction.live understands construction documents, terminology, and workflows. The platform can analyze specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, and bid packages with construction-specific context, helping teams uncover critical requirements, exclusions, risks, and opportunities that are often missed during manual reviews. One of its core capabilities is AI-powered bid leveling. Construction.live automatically compares subcontractor proposals, normalizes scope differences, identifies exclusions, highlights missing scope, and generates bid comparison matrices, helping contractors make more confident procurement decisions while reducing the risk of costly change orders and margin erosion. The platform also provides document intelligence, engineering calculations, project analysis, scope gap detection, reporting automation, and workflow support across preconstruction and project management activities. Teams can generate calculations, review project requirements, analyze schedules, identify project risks, and create client-ready reports without spending hours searching through documents and spreadsheets. Whether reviewing a 200-page specification package, comparing subcontractor bids, analyzing project risks, or managing construction documentation, Construction.live acts as an always-on AI assistant designed to help construction teams work faster, improve accuracy, reduce risk, and protect project profitability. Built exclusively for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, Construction.live combines AI-powered document analysis, bid leveling, project intelligence, and workflow automation in a single platform designed for the way construction teams actually work.
