"Great Insights and Statistics That Help Tailor My Live Demos"
5/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

I love that it’s a great way for me to showcase my product and get really useful insights that, in turn, help me tailor my live demo. The statistics are the best part. they help customers see what’s most important and what’s least important. I also just learned about the Outlook plugin, and I’m excited to try it. The user interface is really friendly and i would say that the platform is as fast as I want it to be Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

I’m not sure I’ve noticed any huge downsides yet. One complaint I did have was that when I used the platform directly without the Outlook plugin, I had to add the email address and manually adjust a few things. With Outlook and Consensus, though, it works perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Consensus Makes Customer Education Easy and Scales GTM Technical Evaluations."
5/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

Consensus has been most helpful for educating my customers without requiring much lift from my technical team. It has helped shift discovery into the demonstration phase. Customers can learn more on their own time by viewing Consensus, and it allows them to come to the table with specific questions and a general awareness of the solutions I can provide in the later stages of the sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

One downside of Consensus is that customers have to commit to clicking in and viewing the material, or to scheduling an overview with their rep. Sometimes it’s simply easier to grab their attention in person. I balance both approaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredibly Simple Video Sending for Prospects"
5/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

Just how simple it is to send videos to your prospects. Its simple for them to interact with the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

It would be nice to embed multiple video links in an email versus creating a demo board but I get around it. Just a little tweak. Otherwise it is funny how simple it is to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Engaging Customer Enablement Across the Entire Journey"
5/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

Consensus offers a simple, engaging platform for customer enablement. I like that it can be used across the customer journey, from first engagement to renewal discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

While they are shipping more improvements this year, the UI has been unnecessarily confusing. As the sole admin at our company, I find I often have to retrain less frequent users because they struggle with the UI. If I could distill it to one example, it's the publish button being orphaned off in the upper right of the page when all other buttons and save functions are in the flow of the page. Seems small until it results in numerous meetings and phone calls from AEs wondering why they can't find the demo they created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Time-Saving Blur Tool That Keeps Sensitive Info Safe"
4/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

The blur tool during the recording process is a feature I didn’t realize I’d become so dependent on. I recently had to record a walk-through of our internal HR portal for onboarding, and halfway through I noticed that sensitive employee records were visible in the background. Instead of forcing me into a painful, time-consuming re-recording session, it let me quickly blur those confidential sections and still have the link ready for our stakeholders that same afternoon. It’s been a huge time-saver, especially when you’re exhausted after a long shift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

The built-in video editing suite feels fairly limited in scope. It works for simple trimming and quick cuts, but if your project needs anything beyond that—like more complex transitions or advanced text overlays—you’ll likely have to export the raw file and move over to a third-party editor. "Clean UI, Strong Integrations, and Real ROI Gains for Our Sales Team"
4/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

Consensus has been a strong addition to the BirchStreet sales toolkit. The platform's clean, intuitive interface means the team gets up and running quickly with minimal friction, and the Salesforce and Outlook integrations genuinely speed up content creation and outreach by keeping everything connected to the tools we already rely on daily. Performance has been consistently solid — the system stays up when it needs to, which matters in an active sales cycle. From an ROI perspective, the reduction in repetitive live demo load is the headline win; time is money, and redirecting the team toward higher-value engagements pays for itself. The account management and onboarding experience has been a highlight — attentive, well-organized, and genuinely supportive. We're also finding the AI capabilities a practical addition to the workflow, helping streamline how we build and deliver content. With dynamic product tours now in the mix and marketing use on the horizon, Consensus continues to grow as a platform alongside our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

Only issue we see is maintaining integrations, other than that it works seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trimble, Inc. - Consensus Review"
5/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

Having pre-recorded, selectable demos ready to go is a game changer. When we use Consensus, we can sell point solutions after just one call. It’s definitely a time-saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

I’m not sure whether this is my company’s setup or something on Consensus’s side, but I’d really like all of my Salesforce accounts and contacts to be available in Consensus so I don’t have to set up the emails manually. Also, it would be great if it could read my opps and automatically create demo boards based on the SKUs in the opp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward Setup and a Trusted Library of Company-Approved Content"
4/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

Having a library of company-approved content is a major advantage, especially when you’re still getting up to speed as a new hire. It gives me confidence that the materials I’m sending to my accounts are accurate, current, and aligned with our brand standards. The setup was very straightforward, and because I’d used the platform at a previous company, I could jump right in and start delivering value from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

Honestly, I can’t think of any major downsides right now. It does exactly what it’s meant to do and doesn’t introduce any unnecessary complexity into my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Creative, Polished Demo Link Embeds That Elevate Outreach Emails"
5/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

The visual variety it adds to my outreach is definitely the biggest highlight for me. I really appreciate having multiple ways to embed demo links, whether that’s through a professional-looking thumbnail or a simple, clean copy-and-paste link. It gives me more creative control over how the email comes across, so it doesn’t land in a prospect’s inbox as just another wall of text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

The administrative side of the tool feels pretty sluggish overall. Linking a specific demo to a Salesforce account takes a long time, and the search function is extremely unforgiving—if you misspell an account name even slightly, it simply won’t return anything. It’s also frustrating that I have to manually name every single demo; having a default naming convention that we could adjust when needed would eliminate a lot of unnecessary micro-tasks. On top of that, the Gmail integration seems somewhat unstable. I’ve had to reconnect it multiple times because the sync breaks without any warning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changing Demo Links and Granular Video Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about Consensus?

This browser extension has been a complete game-changer for our day-to-day workflow. We can drop demo links straight into emails without losing momentum, which is crucial in a fast-paced sales environment. I’m also genuinely impressed by how granular the analytics are—being able to see exactly which segment of a video a prospect watched, and for how many seconds, gives us a perfect “temperature check” on their level of interest. Implementation was surprisingly quick, and the customer support team has been very responsive any time we’ve run into a technical snag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

Navigation within the Demoboards can feel a bit clunky once we include multiple use cases. It isn’t always intuitive for a prospect to switch between different demos smoothly, and the overall flow can be harder to follow than it should be. On the backend, the library also starts to feel disorganized as our asset count grows. We really need the ability to create custom folders so we can categorize our videos more effectively and keep everything easier to find. As our frequency of use increases, having a cleaner, more manageable workspace is becoming a necessity rather than a luxury. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
