I like the fact that Composer is tightly integrated into Salesforce and the integration is seamless enough that the whole layer is completely transparent to the user. Pricing is not an issue at the moment because we are on a bundled package, but this might change in the future. No complaints about the performance and the support is outstanding. UI/UX is as an end user is not an issue since its transparent, but for a composer admin, it could be better, especially with the parts around using MS Office to create templates, which is always a bugbear. I like that it’s fairly easy to update existing templates by simply replacing the template file with an updated version. We use it with Salesforce, and all we have to do is replace the file on the template object; everything else then updates automatically for any documents generated going forward. I dislike how difficult it is to create entirely new templates in Salesforce. There are several slightly confusing steps, and it often requires creating multiple records just to set up a single template, including adding a button on the Salesforce record so you can use that template to generate new documents.
