All the modules are very helpful, specially the Risk Register, Statement of Applicability, Incidents and Audit Modules. Wish Conformio supported ISO 9001 as well so we have both systems in the same platform. The support is also excellent on Conformio. We also have webinars available that shows how platform works.

In general the system are excellent.

We moved/switched from ISMS.online to Conformio. And we can see and feel the difference as ISMS.online is too complex and didnt meet our expectation at all.

Conformio is a platform with friendly interface and easy to work with. The system helped a lot during the implementation - was a key to success. We use the tool everyday for documentation workflow, tasks, among others. Seems that can also be integrated with other tools - I didnt try it but read that this is possible in the tool. It is a clean and intuitive interface that requires no training or installations, all you need to use it is internet connection and web browser. -On the starter plan you can only have 3 users and this becomes an issue when completing the internal auditor section as the Internal Auditor would be someone who would not have been included on the project team for impartiality.

It is easy to use as no training is required and this means any level worker can make use of it. All that is needed is internet connection and a web browser

It helps by providing a structured framework for ISO certification for every field and best part is that it aids to maintain top international standards (such as ISO 9001 that deals with quality management, ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, all of which apply in medical field) Notably, the medical field must adhere to evry ISO certification to become fully functional.

Some problems with buttons not being enabled/disabled fast enough.
