All the modules are very helpful, especially the Risk Register, Statement of Applicability, Incidents, and Audit Modules. Wish Conformio supported ISO 9001 as well so we have both systems on the same platform. The support is also excellent on Conformio. We also have webinars available that show how the platform works. In general, the system is excellent. We moved/switched from ISMS.online to Conformio. And we can see and feel the difference as ISMS.online is too complex and didn't meet our expectations at all. Conformio is a platform with a friendly interface and easy to work with. The system helped a lot during the implementation - it was a key to success. We use the tool every day for documentation workflow, tasks, among others. It seems that it can also be integrated with other tools - I didn't try it but read that this is possible in the tool. In general, the system is very helpful. As mentioned before, it would be great if ISO9001 could be integrated into the platform. It helps by providing a structured framework for ISO certification for every field and best part is that it aids to maintain top international standards (such as ISO 9001 that deals with quality management, ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, all of which apply in medical field) Notably, the medical field must adhere to evry ISO certification to become fully functional.
