Conformio is a tool with friendly interface and easy to work with. Wish Conformio supported ISO 9001 as well so we have both systems in the same platform. The support is also excellent on Conformio. We also have webinars available that shows how platform works. In general the system are excellent. We moved/switched from ISMS.online to Conformio. And we can see and feel the difference as ISMS.online is too complex and didnt meet our expectation at all. Conformio is a platform with friendly interface and easy to work with. The system helped a lot during the implementation - was a key to success. We use the tool everyday for documentation workflow, tasks, among others. Seems that can also be integrated with other tools - I didnt try it but read that this is possible in the tool. The price is also very good. **What do you dislike about Conformio?** In general the system is very helpful. As mentioned before, would be great if ISO9001 could be integrated into the platform. The management review module also in my opinion could have more features - something similar to the audit module for instance. **What problems is Conformio solving and how is that benefiting you?** All the requirements for ISO27001. Specially the Risk Register and Statement of Applicability modules ### 2. The support is always at our service with any questions or aid about Conformio and will counter in the shortest period of time. It comes with preloaded templates and automatic reminders that keep the user on track. **What do you dislike about Conformio?** It exceptionally restrictive and only good for document control prrposes. Differently, it is affordable and can be tailored depending on the brand image. **What problems is Conformio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Conformio reduces manual effort with automatic creation of the key artifacts. Moreover, it automatically drive recurring processes so that you can track process and collaborate with your team. The system will set reminders to team memebers to complete their task on time and track their progress by simple intergrating with email, Slack and other communication tools in your company. ### 3. It is easy to use as no training is required and this means any level worker can make use of it. All that is needed is internet connection and a web browser Implementation is also fast and requires no much time. I like how the features improve communication with a team and also document management. It helps by providing a structured framework for ISO certification for every field and best part is that it aids to maintain top international standards (such as ISO 9001 that deals with quality management, ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, all of which apply in medical field) Notably, the medical field must adhere to evry ISO certification to become fully functional. The customer support is very warm and friendly. **What do you dislike about Conformio?** Got the best results from the too. All our firm's ISO standards were well managed. **What problems is Conformio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps with document management using Conformio registers as opposed to manual management. The document wizards helped in the formation of complex policy documentation, whilst also allowing flexibility to override where needed. **What do you dislike about Conformio?** Occasionally we would get confused about the inter-relationship of different areas/stages. Going back and changing risks or legal/regularity dependencies had an impact on what controls were included in the statement of applicability. **What problems is Conformio solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. I think it is a bit challenging to put register data to another tool that the company is already using. **What problems is Conformio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Value for your money. with a small investment you could already set-up the whole system that will guide you through certification. I like the project structure, the suggestion during risk analysis, I like the generation of documents, I like the interface once you get used to it **What do you dislike about Conformio?** Some problems with buttons not being enabled/disabled fast enough. Some screens are slow, for example, Risk Analyses.
