The team genuinely listens, moves fast on feedback, and feels like a true partner rather than just a vendor. On top of that, the product is refreshingly simple — it just works out of the box, seamlessly integrates with our environment, it is so easy to implement and takes the pain out of compliance, letting us focus on building Vink. They are true partners, told us right options, what will work well for us and what wont, very transparent. you could just trust the team because they wont say things you want to hear, They will say what you must. Loved working with the team, they are agile, fast and dependable. The product is intuitive, and has an internal assistant that answered any questions whenever I got stuck. But the standout part is their success team - they get on a call anytime if anything get stuck. Their communication is precise, and as a resource contrainued team I could not have asked for a better partner for the SOC2 certification.
