## About ComplianceOS365
ComplianceOS365 is an AI compliance agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot that gives employees a first-pass compliance review before content goes to legal or compliance. It reviews any kind of document, marketing collateral, emails, designs and more against the organization's own policy library in SharePoint, and works in Word, Outlook, Teams, and anywhere else Copilot runs. For each issue, it cites the governing policy and quotes the relevant clause, and when no policy covers a point, it says so rather than guessing. It does not approve or reject content; final decisions stay with the compliance team. Policy documents never leave the customer's Microsoft 365 tenant, and every interaction is recorded in Microsoft Purview Audit. ComplianceOS365 is available on Microsoft Marketplace at $5 per user per month, or $3 per user per month on an annual plan, with the first month free.
