Unfortunatelly the company is based in New Zeland which makes it rather difficult to get in touch with them over the phone for those who live in certain areas as for example in the east coast of the United States. Comet allows me to connect to my Backblaze B2 storage and saves a ton of money. The license cost is minimal, and paired with B2 I save thousands of dollars a year. Ultimately it just works, it is much faster than previous products we have used, restores are a lot quicker, i like the fact the restore speed is consistent and takes around the same amount of time to backup a recent backup as it would if we tried to restore the first backup taken, no more waiting for incremental's to be merged.
