comentario.ai Reviews & Product Details

comentario.ai is an AI tool that answers your business's messages in your own voice, from a single inbox. Today it handles Instagram comments and DMs; WhatsApp, Mercado Libre buyer questions and an embeddable web chat with QR code are coming next. The AI learns your products or services, prices and hours, and drafts every reply sounding like you, not like a generic bot. You approve, edit or discard each reply; nothing gets published without your OK. It only replies, never initiates, and sensitive messages are flagged to you instantly instead of being answered automatically. Built in Chile for small businesses across 180+ verticals, whether you sell products or book appointments. Free plan to start; Pro from ~USD 21/month with a 14-day free trial (no credit card) and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: full refund of whatever you paid, monthly or annual.
