"Easy to Navigate, Powerful Backend Once You Dive In"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

I love how easy it is to navigate as a first-time business owner, while still offering the ability to connect and do much more once you fully understand the backend systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

There’s honestly nothing I don’t like about Cognito. It’s been a really positive experience overall, and I haven’t run into anything that’s bothered me or made me want to change tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Easy-to-Build Forms with Reliable Performance and Great Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

Cognito Forms makes it straightforward to build and customize forms without a steep learning curve. The platform feels flexible, and the option to add basic coding gives you room for more advanced functionality when you need it. Pricing is competitive, especially since you can monetize your forms and turn them into a revenue stream for your business. It also performs quickly and reliably, and integrations like Microsoft 365 make it easy to generate PDFs and streamline workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

The platform limits form submissions and documents, which can feel restrictive as my use cases grow. More importantly, advanced template customization is locked behind the highest-tier plan, which makes it difficult to scale functionality without taking on a significant jump in pricing. "Cognito Forms Streamlined Our Real Estate Workflows with Reliable Performance and Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

Cognito Forms dramatically improved our internal processes for data collection for both sides or our real estate transactions - both buyers and sellers. Our agents, either at a meeting with a homeowner or afterwards, are able to pull up an applicable form and provide all the data needed for us to take a transaction to the next level. The experience we gained by enhancing our internal workload allowed us to expand the use of Cognito Forms to where we now create consumer-friendly registraion forms to invite our clients to marketing events. The ability to embed images, dropdown fields and check boxes made a world of difference in improving response rates to registration forms. And the ability to filter replies for onward email forwarding to select staff members is perfect. We've never experienced downtime with the service, and the support staff is excellent in both the timing and quality of their replies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

There is very little we don't like about the service. Perhaps page settings and adding banners could be easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Consistently Branded Forms with Helpful Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

I like being able to brand each of my forms, create templates, and then use those templates to produce consistent, branded forms—even when other users on my team are the ones creating them. The software is user-friendly and has a short learning curve, which reduces the amount of time I need to spend training new employees. We’ve had very few issues with the product overall, and when I’ve had questions, the support team has been extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

I honestly haven’t found a downside to using the form so far. The only development suggestion I have would be to allow an email to be generated automatically when a status is changed. For example, if I mark an entry as “Not Authorized,” it would be helpful if it could send an email with templated text letting the person know they aren’t authorized. That said, there are other ways to handle this, and the same task can be done differently as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplify forms and surveys with easy integration into web and emails"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

The most useful thing is its way of simplifying forms, we can easily create all the questions we need and place them directly in the code of a website, or even in personalized emails to send campaigns, as well as its ease of conducting surveys satisfactorily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

What I like least is that the user interface for designing forms feels a bit outdated compared to other modern tools. Additionally, the learning curve for setting up complex calculations can be somewhat frustrating at first. The technical support in Spanish is limited, which makes it difficult to quickly resolve technical questions if you are not proficient in English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extremely Flexible Forms and a Standout PDF Merge Feature"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

Cognito Forms has been extremely flexible - it's a tool we've used for event registrations, contest entries to lead capture forms, and it's been easy to adapt for different needs without having to start from scratch each time. The PDF document merge feature has been the standout feature that has saved us a lot of manual administrative work. It's also been helpful being able to have multiple team members manage forms, which has made collaboration much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

There are also times when we'd like a little more flexibility in customizing the design to better match our branding without needing custom code. It doesn't appear that the form/template designer has evolved much since we started using it. Overall, though, these have been minor compared to the value we've gotten from the platform. 5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

It keeps all of our data in one place, and the forms are really easy for our customers to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

I just wish the workflow were a bit easier to understand. I think it’s mostly a matter of spending more time with it and getting used to how everything fits together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Feature Streamlines Form Creation and Saves Time"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

The AI feature. It has severely streamlined my form creation abilities. It gives me so much more time to complete projects I am working on. I believe it is worth every $ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

I think the navigation of the actual site could be a little more user friendly. Also maybe a video tutorial when you first sign up showing you the basics ad walking you through each tool/ function. I am a visual person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dynamic, Flexible Forms with Seamless Zapier Integration."
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

The ability to easily create dynamic forms. I like how you can create forms that can expand or contract based on what the user is answering. The ability to integrate the forms into where-ever you want. We also use Zapier to port form information into other areas of our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

The only thing I miss with Cognito Forms is the ability to proof email addresses. In a form I can enter an email address and have Cognito Forms send that address a copy of the form. The only problem I have have is if the email address is incorrect, there is no feedback to such and therefore the form gets emailed to nowhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cognito Forms is easy to use and highly customizable, making it simple to create professional-looking forms without any technical expertise. The workflow automation, payment integration, and data collection features help streamline processes, reduce manual work, and keep everything organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

As usage grows, managing a large number of forms and entries can start to feel cumbersome and harder to keep organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
