We've had nothing but a great experience with them. If I had to give a con (gun to my head) it would probably be that we had 1 or 2 slight miscommunications over the course of 2 years because of the language barriers here and there. But honestly, it wasn't even a thing and we usually got everyone on the same page with a zoom meeting. **What problems is CodeRiders solving and how is that benefiting you?** We really struggle to find good developers here in South Africa so while we are from time to time short-staffed we like to outsource some development to them as we know we can count on them doing quality work and understanding our requirements. ### 3. Incredible but true, nonetheless. **Recommendations to others considering CodeRiders:** Hiring over the Internet It is always a gamble, but in this case we made a very good choice.
