If I had to give a con (gun to my head) it would probably be that we had 1 or 2 slight miscommunications over the course of 2 years because of the language barriers here and there. We really struggle to find good developers here in South Africa so while we are from time to time short-staffed we like to outsource some development to them as we know we can count on them doing quality work and understanding our requirements.
