I use Coderbyte to take tests created by my employers and really appreciate how it helps in avoiding cheaters. I like the way results are presented, as it automatically creates a leaderboard with the results of all participants and provides an estimated accuracy if someone is cheating. The initial setup was quite easy for me since HR did it, so I only had to take the tests and view the results.
