It provides a poor platform for collaboration and development. It is a bit pricey for teams the fact that it does not support programming languages is a disadvantage. **What do you dislike about Codebase?** The drawback is that occasionally it sends email notifications for minor comments, which is a bit frustrating. Navigating through the service dashboard sometimes be. There is a learning curve compared to other collaboration tools. The best part is all the cmmunication can be listed under that one ticket, you can add watchers, and notifications are sent to all the watchers. So no one misses an update. **What do you dislike about Codebase?** The notifications go as a separate email for each comment. Tracking that can be very frustrating because now you do not know the history. Also, ETA is not available inbuilt. It is very important to have that. It is good but not the greatest tool **What problems is Codebase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Setting up tickets for the development team. Instead of sending 100s of emails, we prefer going and creating a ticket instead. It gives relevant information and that issue does not get lost on emails at all. ### 11.
