Cocurate Reviews & Product Details

Cocurate is a proposal and tender management platform that helps companies win more bids with less effort. Purpose-built for teams that respond to tenders, RFPs, and frameworks, Cocurate combines powerful content generation, bid/no-bid decision scoring, and collaborative project management in a single workspace. Who it's for: Commercial directors, bid managers, and sales teams at companies, particularly in construction, infrastructure, and professional services that rely on tendering as a core revenue channel. Cocurate is designed for organisations where multiple team members contribute to responses but only a few own the process end to end. What it does: Cocurate brings structure to the full tender lifecycle. Teams can evaluate whether an opportunity is worth pursuing using a multi-level bid/no-bid scoring framework, then collaborate on responses using AI that generates first drafts in their company's own voice and writing style. Built-in compliance checking, structured review workflows, and deadline driven project tracking help ensure submissions go out on time, comliant, and at a consistent standard, without the last-minute overtime that typically defines tender work. Key capabilities include content generation trained to match your company's voice, bid/no-bid evaluation at multiple levels, win/loss analytics and pipeline tracking, a collaboration model that separates core users from wider contributors, knowledge management to retain institutional bid expertise, and exportable reporting for leadership and board-level visibility into tendering ROI.
