This was affecting our business. I reached out to support via email. It took 6 days to get a reply after following up. The reply didn't solve my issue. Then 7 more days to get a second reply, still without solving it. The founder himself replied and I told him I wasn't happy with their support level. I asked him if I should keep spending time on fixing the issue or if I should spend that time migrating to another tool. He said I should migrate, then blocked my email and paused my account. I was a paying customer, he didn't care. Now I'm losing business because of his lack of customer empathy. On checkout, they write "30-Day Money Back Guarantee", and then on their Terms of Service (https://www.cloudhq.net/terms) they write "If Customer enrolls in the annual billing plan, fees are refundable within the first 30 days of the Services. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law." These clauses gave me the confidence to try their service out for my use case, knowing that I would get a refund if it didn't work out. Less than 24 hours later, I realized this solution was totally broken (they get throttled for 24 hours after I forwarded 452 emails) and was forced to go with a different solution instead. When I emailed them about this and asked for my refund, they gave me a PARTIAL refund for 11 months and said I was responsible for paying the first month anyway because I had used their service above the free limits. This is definitely illegal and extremely shady. There is no way I would have tried this service on their sketchy-looking website had I known that I would be paying for the first month no matter what. There is NO LANGUAGE ANYWHERE about how they will convert me to a monthly billing plan and only provide a partial refund. "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee" tells me you are going to give me all my money back, not some of it, within 30-days. I emailed their support team about this and they basically just told me to too bad, so sad. I NEVER agreed to be on a monthly plan and have just disputed this with my credit card company. **What problems is cloudHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's not helping me because it didn't work. I needed to bulk forward emails for a service I'm building, but it throttled me at 452 emails for 24 hours, so I was forced to go with another solution. ### 18. You may say emails and its easy to use. **What do you dislike about cloudHQ?** Cloudhq has no customer service service number to contact. Once I expressed my concerns, the email support contract emailed me back a few times, but then ghosted me. They automatically sign accounts up for a paid service at 14.99 a month, and then lock you out of your account once you dispute the transaction. I am extremely disappointed in the service, but even more disappointed that there is no one to contact with concerns or problems with you account. **What problems is cloudHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Only used for saving my bc emails, I'm not sure about the other services. ### 21. It has a good selection but could use a few more. **Recommendations to others considering cloudHQ:** If you have data in multiple places this is a great option to keep them in sync. **What problems is cloudHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Google Drive to access things quickly and easily because it works better than OneDrive. But I want to keep everything on OneDrive since I have several Terrabytes of data available there. So I just sync my Google Drive to my OneDrive and then I can access important files from whichever service is more convenient. I also have several SharePoint sites and I keep those synced with various places as well. I've used it to sync various things over the years so that I have my cloud data backed up in more than one service in case 1) a service goes down or 2) they increase their fees and I need to switch services. ### 22. I can click into the little Cloud HQ icon and it'll take me to an 'email trace'. From there, I can see when and how many times each recipient has opened my email. What's more is that I can check a box to send me a reminder if the recipient hasn't opened or replied to the email by a certain number of hours. I also like that at the top of my inbox, I can click on the logo and see all of the recent opens (recipients and when they opened it). **What do you dislike about cloudHQ?** I don't like how the Cloud HQ logo appears at the footer of every email. I suppose this is to be expected of the free version. I also wish I was able to see the location in which my email was opened. I always like to have a location for accuracy purposes (like if my email was being opened by a bot or a firewall versus the actual person, I'd be able to know based on the location). Mobile or web opens are also missing. **What problems is cloudHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to be more targeted in my sales approach. If someone has opened my email a ton of times, it means that they are interested in what I have to say and/or have forwarded the email a ton of times. In this case, I will know what next steps to take in my sales process. On the other hand, if the email hasn't been opened at all and I've sent time-sensitive materials, I know to follow up with another method -- phone calls or on Linkedin. ### 23.
