What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

Area 1 are spot on not only with rapidly detecting phishing emails issues, but also with the pay-per-phish model that works for companies of any size and infrastructure complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

No downsides as noted by me or my clients so far. My clientele are pretty diverse, and they really appreciate the layer of security Area 1 provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Area 1 has helped reveal phishing emails that slip through the cracks and remain unnoticed by native solutions, Mimecast etc. Obviously, the clients who have never has a designated anti-phishing solution in place are even more impressed with how many malicious emails Area 1 can stop. "Great tool to prevent phishing and BEC"

What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

Having Area-1 in place allows me to spend less time worrying about end users being "tricked" by phishing and more time looking into the big picture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

It takes a little bit of effort on the front end to prevent false positives, but once you get it tuned it is like magic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem that Area-1 solves for me is Business Email Compromise, that is when malicious actors are spoofing our C-level employees and making email requests appear to come from them. While we do regular training so that employees know how to spot such an email it is even better when you know you have a tool that prevents it in the first place. What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

What I like best about Area 1 is the responsiveness. So far, every issue we've had was tracked, identified, resolved, or explained with minimal difficulty and time. The interface is intuitive and the support team is helpful when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

What I dislike about Area 1 is that there is not eml upload within the interface. For spam learning, we have to send an email with eml attachment to be reviewed. On a scale of 1 to 10 of how big of a deal this is, with 1 being lowest, this is a 3. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

Being able to search email detection's and blocking sender's. The multi-tenant portal is also extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

It would be nice if I could see the GSuite/O365 quarantine from the console. But that is a stretch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cloudflare One (SASE):

I think Area 1 is an extremely versatile email security tool. I have been working with them for a couple years now and the capabilities and ease of use has gotten better as time goes on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

Multiple Rules on the UI for authentication, In built list of identity providers. And since ours is a startup environment we are taking advantage of their free tier plan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

Ease of integration and setup is probably the strongest part of the Area1 platform. I'd used their competitor P********T and not only was it a pain to setup it simply failed to prevent as advertised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's not a lot to dislike; improvements are made pretty consistently to the platform and capabilities. So far, every feature sold to us, actually works unlike our last vendor Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From a product quality standpoint, it's hard-pressed to find a comparable vendor that delivers at the price point Area1 Delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
