The platform is ABDM M3 compliant, supporting India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission standards including ABHA-linked health records, with one of the highest volumes of ABHA-linked records among LIMS providers in the country. Cloud Pathology has processed over 100 million diagnostic reports and currently serves 1000+ pathology labs and diagnostic centers nationwide, including large government healthcare networks supported during the COVID-19 pandemic. For enterprise and multi-branch labs, Cloud Pathology offers centralized, real-time visibility across locations — letting lab owners and pathologists manage operations, billing, and quality control from a single dashboard, while still supporting offline, real-time-sync functionality for labs in low-connectivity areas. For smaller labs, the same platform scales down cleanly, offering fast onboarding and automation without enterprise complexity. Key strengths include machine interfacing with major lab equipment, automated report dispatch across SMS, WhatsApp, email, and patient/doctor portals, and WhatsApp Business API integration for critical lab value alerts. The platform also supports NGO and global health partnerships on public health initiatives, including pilot programs for digital health record interoperability.
