Cloud Job Manager Reviews & Product Details

Cloud Job Manager is free field service management software for contractors and home service businesses, including electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, roofers, landscapers and cleaning companies. It carries each job from first request to final payment: a shared request queue, branded quotes that clients approve online, drag-and-drop scheduling and dispatch, work orders with photos and site notes, and one-click conversion of finished work to an invoice. Crews take card, ACH and digital wallet payments in the field or by text and email payment link, processed by Host Merchant Services. Recurring jobs and autopay support maintenance plans, and a customer portal lets clients approve quotes and pay invoices. A mobile time clock, shift and time-off requests, and payroll-ready timesheets are included. The software is free for every business, with no per-user fees.
