CivArchive Social Media Archiving Reviews & Product Details

CivArchive is archiving built for government teams. Cities, counties, and special districts automatically capture and preserve every post, comment, reply, reaction, edit, and deletion across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, YouTube, TikTok, Bluesky, and Threads with timestamps, author data, engagement, and other metadata intact. Configurable retention schedules help meet state and local public records requirements, while instant search makes it easy to find records by platform, department, date, or keyword. One-click exports provide complete, court-ready records, and legal holds protect content needed for litigation. Content alerts help teams monitor posts and comments for threats, profanity or other keywords. Historical archives can also be imported from other providers without losing records or metadata. Part of the CivAll platform.
