What do you like best about Cisco Secure Email Threat Defense?

It is a flexible and powerful tool for email protection, we use it throughout the organization and have had no problems since. The performance of this tool is high and it has advanced security features that ensure the protection of internal and cloud-based emails from any external cyber threats. Cisco Email Security guarantees us broad protection against spam and cyber-attacks that are usually gestated through email; we use it throughout the organization, it is easy to use, accessible and has features of anti-malware, anti-phishing, mail encryption, anti-spam, electronic, among others that facilitate sending and receiving emails safely. Cisco is our trust if we talk about email security, it protects our inbox from spam and also scans our sent email before being sent. It can be used anywhere on premise, or cloud, That's an additional feature. The user interface is just simple and smooth. Customer support is very responsive and polite. Having used Cisco Email Security for many years now, I can say it is the best when it comes to email security. It protects emails against spamming and unauthorized access. We deployed Cisco ESA as a virtual appliance in our VMware environment. Actually we moved from another vendor. Cisco ESA provides really great performance, layered email protection and useful reports. There are a lot of configuration options and it is easy to administer. What do you dislike about Cisco Secure Email Threat Defense?

It is still not clear how Cisco ESA works in multi-tenant mode. We are providing security services to many customers and ability to isolate their traffic is a major requirement. As far as I know, this still should be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
