What I like most about Cisco Cloud Services Router 1000V is how seamlessly it brings familiar Cisco networking into cloud environments. The configuration approach feels consistent with other Cisco routers, so I was able to get up to speed quickly using the knowledge I already had. It has been reliable for VPN connectivity, routing between cloud and on-premises networks, and integrating with the rest of our Cisco infrastructure. After the initial setup, day-to-day management has been straightforward, and troubleshooting feels natural because the commands and overall behavior match the Cisco platforms I’m already used to. Sometimes I notice it hangs when I deploy services or apply policies. It’s a bit of an issue, but since there are so many good options, I can focus on exploring other features and try to overlook this problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
