CircleUp Reviews & Product Details

CircleUp is the all-in-one operating system for homeschool co-ops, microschools, and community groups. Most co-ops run on spreadsheets, group chats, payment apps, and sign-up forms, re-entering the same families in four places every registration season. CircleUp replaces that patchwork with one system built for the volunteer parents who run these groups. -Class registration with caps and automatic waitlist promotion -Family and student directory with role-based permissions -Tuition and fees via Stripe, with payment plans and automated invoicing -Events, calendar, and RSVPs -Announcements, email digests, and group chat -Grading, assignments, and printable report cards -Student portal, public website builder, and group store Built to be handed off when volunteer leaders change, and to give families one login for everything instead of a different tool for each task.
