**What do you like best about Chiro QuickCharts?**

The integration with the scheduling tool, makes it easy to match office visits

**What do you dislike about Chiro QuickCharts?**

Seems like this program could work so much better with a few fixes. Such as when transferring payments between cases. 

**What problems is Chiro QuickCharts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This program allowed us to become almost paperless.

**What do you like best about Chiro QuickCharts?**

The customer service was so fast! We had someone come in all the time & they worked hard and tried to solve every issue we had. It has everything you could think of to need. 

**What do you dislike about Chiro QuickCharts?**

We never really used the software, we tried to learn for months and couldn’t figure out the best way to use it. It glitched On is all the time, it was hard to find patients, updates took a long time. Training only touched half of what you needed to know about the software .

**What problems is Chiro QuickCharts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s quick, and has a lot of benefits! Everything you think you’ll need it has . It’s just confusing

Inability to personalize for each individual.

Some limitations such as using patient reported outcomes or custom OAT and other assessments
