Implementation of the software does not require training, it is very user friendly. **What do you dislike about Caveonix Cloud?** Poor customer service and lack of an online platform where users can interact and share notes on the software. **What problems is Caveonix Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The product has ensured timely revocation of unauthorised access to our system and ascertained that no data leakages. ### 2. Caveonix cloud helps automate and increase efficiencies for the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes for several of our Federal Government clients. The speed at which Caveonix was able to install their platform, scan our client's hybrid-cloud environment and start populating dashboards with vulnerability data was amazing. The insights that our clients gained immediately helped to remediate vulnerabilities and free up time to work on additional high priority initiatives. The Caveonix platform automates the RMF process and auto generates ATO documentation, saving our teams days of manual labor. **What do you dislike about Caveonix Cloud?** No major issues were encountered during installation and usage **What problems is Caveonix Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** CWPP, CSPM, CNAPP, GRC Automating security processes to find vulnerabilities and documenting the security posture for production deployments.
