Catenis Reviews & Product Details

Catenis is a web-based B2B software for supplier compliance and evidence management. It is operated by GRE Casting Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Mosbach, Germany. Companies invite their suppliers to the platform and request documents and questionnaires there. Questionnaires use conditional logic, so suppliers only see the questions that apply to them. The documents are stored on the supplier record rather than in email attachments. A deadline dashboard shows which documents expire soon, a status traffic light summarises each supplier, and the platform reminds suppliers about open requests. Approvals and changes are recorded with a timestamp in the audit trail. When a customer audit or a customer questionnaire comes in, the current status can be exported, optionally as an evidence pack (PDF or share link with an expiry date). Typical use cases are LkSG (German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act) evidence, ISO 9001 audits, PPWR documentation and NIS-2 evidence from suppliers. Catenis is mainly used by mid-sized companies, where purchasing or quality management often handle these tasks with one or two people alongside their regular work. Supply chain and evidence data are hosted in the Google Cloud region Frankfurt. The user interface is in German. Catenis documents processes and evidence but does not provide legal advice. Reports to authorities and registers such as LUCID remain with the company.
