"Case IQ in human rights office a game changer for the University"
5/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

I like Case IQ because it consolidates all the cases, allowing me to see exactly where I am in a particular case. It also links other cases, providing historical information relevant to my current case. I appreciate how it displays the case phases, like whether my case is in the information gathering, investigation, or mediation phase. This is especially helpful because I handle a high volume of cases, and it helps me keep track of priorities. The system also helps me organize my files, ensuring that I don't fall behind on any of my cases. Additionally, ongoing improvements throughout the year have allowed us to adjust and make changes that are helpful for our team and the way we manage files through the system. These features save hours every work on administrative tasks. I can focus more on the core of work, investigations and resolutions without being bogged down by the administration of my files as I have in the past.

I regularly used the features whereby I can resend the files when they are not completed or there are items missing. I also regularly use and input deadlines for the people to ensure the flow and continuity of my investigations and or work resolutions.

Our office has found the pricing very reasonable because the entire onboarding process went well. We all started using the software at the same time and we were able to make suggestions as we went along to customize CaseIQ in order to suit it to our office's needs- particularly when it comes to managing cases on our specific cases. I have grown accustomed to suing artificial intelligence when working on files and use AI to help with refining my cases or provifing summaries.

Our office has integrated Case IQ in our daily work and we can't work without now. It is used daily for all case management, from beginning to end of a workplace investigation or resolution. We can also integrate Case IQ in our work and use it as a complement to other tools to ensure full efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

I’ve noticed that it can be slow to respond at times. In particular, the interface feels a bit sluggish when I’m uploading files, and that’s an area that could be improved. Occasionally, the lag makes things a bit more time-consuming, though not to an extreme degree. Overall, I think the software’s response time could be better. Beyond that, there isn’t much more I can say about Case IQ, since we were able to customize the program over time and adapt it to our office’s needs rendering it exactly how our office needs to utilise it. Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Hi Marie, we appreciate your feedback and happy to hear Case IQ has become central to your daily case management. It’s great that features like case phases, linking, deadlines, and file organization are helping you stay on top of a high caseload while saving time on administrative tasks. We’re also happy the onboarding experience and ongoing improvements have allowed your team to tailor the system effectively, including your use of AI to support case summaries and refinement. Thank you as well for noting performance concerns around file uploads—this is an area we continue to actively improve.

"Exceptional Support and Flexible Functionality"
5/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

I appreciate Case IQ for providing a smooth and seamless way to conduct quality investigations. The reporting functions are valuable because they give us visibility into issues and trends, allowing us to continuously improve. I like the functionality and ease of use, and the support team is amazing. They are innovative and respond positively to new ideas. I can adjust workflows, add or remove fields easily, and the support team is always there to help as the business evolves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

Some of the reporting filtering is challenging at times but we make it work. It would also be nice if there was a way to make mass changes from a list view of cases. There are times where a lot of cases need to have a correction and it would be nice to not have to go in to each individual case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Case Management Made Easy, with Great UX, Customizable and Helpful Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

I love that CaseIQ helps us seamlessly manage our cases across 4 different users who are using it everyday. The UX design is really straight-forward for our board members who also have access to a few cases. We do not have any integrations we use with CaseIQ.

The support team is also quite helpful. I had a great experience working with Reda when we had to merge a bunch of our data. She made me feel really confident in her team and what they were doing.

I also really like the history options on the case files so you can review the history of the case, who was looking at it, who worked on it, who opened files. My team also uses the to-do feature everyday to remind ourselves to check up on a case, or that something was due.

We also use the reporting feature quite a bit, it helps us review what cases may be sitting and need action taken on them and we can provide specific data-points to senior leadership when needed. The database is also really great and handling big files and being able to search them for specific words or sentences.

I also like that Profiles ahve URLs in them so we can easily access a players profile on our registration platform without having to search them up again.

My team uses this product every day 8-hours a day, and we definately get our money worth. I do not know how we could manage cases without it and the customizability of it makes it so we can do what we need for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

One of my dislikes of CaseIQ, and biggest dislike, is the search bar at the top. If I go and search a case number, for example 2026-0234, it will pull up every 0234 case from previous years, random files, etc. before I see 10 cases down in the search bar the case # I am looking for.

I end up going to a profile, searching the profile and finding the linked case from there. I think the search bar needs better compatibility. It's quite annoying and it wastes a lot of my time especially when I am searching and working on mulitple cases at once.

My team also struggles with development and developer timelines. We have requested a seemingly easy change in our customer facing report form, to make static fields movable, and we have been told timelines like Q4 of 2025 that were never met and the change has still not been put on the roadmap. While I have worked in product development before and understand that timelines and products change, it is frustrating to be told something different every time and never get a true timeline and if we do get a timeline it is never met and never followed up on.

The last thing I dislike about CaseIQ, which I am sure is a security reason, is that it makes me re-log in if I have CaseIQ open in multiple tabs. Which I usually have 5-10 tabs open at a time with CaseIQ in all of them. I underttand this as a security concern but it's sometimes frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback and kind words about both the platform and our support team — we’ll be sure to share this with Reda as well. We're also glad to hear Case IQ has become such an important part of your team’s daily workflow, and we truly appreciate your candid feedback around search, timelines, and login experience. Insights like this help us continue improving, and we’re grateful for your partnership and support.

"Case IQ Brings Structure, Visibility, and Data-Driven Insights to Employee Relations"
5/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

Case IQ has provided us a centralized platform for managing employee relations cases, which is one of its strongest advantages. Having all cases—grievances, investigations, and corrective actions—in one place improves organization, reduces reliance on manual tracking, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. This level of visibility allows our team to quickly understand case status, ownership, and history without having to piece together information from multiple sources.

Another key benefit is the ability to track cases from intake through resolution in a structured and consistent way. The system supports standardized data entry through configurable fields and categories, which helps ensure that information is captured uniformly across users. This not only improves day-to-day case management but also strengthens auditability by maintaining a clear record of actions, updates, and outcomes over time.

Case IQ also adds value through its reporting capabilities. By capturing structured data, the platform enables teams to analyze trends in case volume, types, and outcomes. This creates opportunities to move beyond reactive case handling and toward more proactive workforce insights, helping identify patterns and areas that may require attention at an organizational level.

Overall, Case IQ helps bring structure, consistency, and visibility to employee relations work. It supports compliance efforts, improves process standardization, and provides a foundation for more data-driven decision-making within the HR and Employee/Labor Relations function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

Case IQ has been a strong solution for our team, though there are opportunities to enhance reporting flexibility. At times, more advanced or customized reporting requires additional effort to fully meet our needs.

Overall, the system is easy to use, but a few enhancements to configuration and navigation could make it even more intuitive and efficient for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Hi Jose, thanks for taking the time to leave us a thoughtful feedback. We’re pleased Case IQ is helping strengthen structure, consistency, and visibility across your employee relations processes while improving reporting and reducing manual effort. We also appreciate your input on reporting flexibility and usability enhancements, which are top of mind for us as we continue to refine the platform. Thank you for your trust and partnership.

"Flexible, Customizable Platform for Employee Relations and Injury Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

Case IQ makes it easy for different members of our team to use the platform in the way that works best for them. Some team members really like the notes and activities features, while others rely more on the file conversions. Overall, we appreciate being able to customize the forms, tabs, and resources so we can consistently collect the information we need for our Employee Relation cases and Workers Compensation / Worker Injury reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

Case IQ does not allow notes and files to be moved, sorted, or placed in chronological order. We’ve looked into this, and it’s a real limitation. Many of our cases are sent to lawyers, mediation, and judges, and they often comment that having everything in chronological order is vital. As a result, we spend a lot of time in Adobe Acrobat manually moving and organizing documents in our case packet so they’re sorted appropriately.

In the reality of working an Employee Investigation, some emails or events come to light later than others. That means notes can’t realistically be entered in perfect chronological order from the start, especially when you’re investigating historical events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Customization and Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

Customizable to our needs, excellent tracking and reporting features.

Now that we have been using CaseIQ for several months, I am impressed with how easy the system is to use for new investigators. As a System Admin, I have done in house training and most the those trained are able to quickly navigate the system and complete their reporting requirements without any additional help from me.

Customer service is some of the best I have experienced over a long career of using these types of programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

We need to be able to organize evidence files in folders that are designated for each party or topic invovlved in an investigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Thanks for your feedback! We’re glad Case IQ’s customization and reporting features are working well for you, and we appreciate your suggestion on improving file organization — our team is exploring ways to make that even easier.

"Simple, Easy-to-Use CaseIQ That Streamlines Compliance Workflows"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

Our Customer Success Manager was very helpful in identifying ways to integrate a straightforward workflow, along with the various variables we need to collect, to help ensure our service performs well and that we meet the compliance and legal requirements under our mandate. Overall, the solution is simple and easy to use. By allowing us to forward an email via MS Outlook with the case file number attached, CaseIQ helps us maximize our resources by removing the burden of saving and importing content for every file. The AI component helps us quickly search for similar files and avoid duplicates. The investment was worth it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

During the early phases of the project, our Implementation Lead changed multiple times. This lack of continuity caused significant delays and made it harder to implement the solution properly. Each Implementation Lead seemed to have a unique way of working, which forced us to redesign the customized fields more than once. More frequent quality assurance of the service provided by the Implementation Lead, along with a more consistent and standardized approach, may have helped avoid redoing many parts of the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Thank you for your detailed review and for trusting Case IQ to support your case management needs. We’re glad to hear that AI-powered capabilities, along with workflow automation, reporting, and Outlook integration, are helping your team improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and better meet compliance requirements. We also appreciate your feedback on the implementation experience and will continue working to ensure greater consistency and continuity for future customers.

"Seamless Data Sync, Time-Saving Document Generation, and Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

Its a easy to navigate/understand system and for those parts that aren't so simple, the support team are so helpful and quick to respond as well as the main contact is really knowledgeable and always willing to take the time/add in extra meetings to work through anything needed.

It pulls in and reads data from our other systems seamlessly and frequently to ensure the data is always up to date in the system for users.

The knowledge portal and AI support directs you in the path of any specific information you can search via this area.

The system itself can be manipulated in a way that works for several different sectors of our organisation and performs in different ways to cater to each teams individual requirements. The document generation abd auto population saves our staff so much time with the requirements of our roles, keeping all this data in one secure place is helpful for audit trails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

I am quiet a new user to the system from an admin perspective and I am yet to find anything notable that i dislike, if there have been any parts I dislike its been due to my lack of education which very quickly gets cleared up with the support and knowledge the team at CaseIQ provide Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

It’s great to hear that the platform’s flexibility, integrations, automation, and centralized data management are helping support teams across your organization in meaningful ways. "Excellent for Tracking Case Notes and Investigation Details"
5/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

The ability to keep track of all the case notes for each investigation or employee relations issue. This enables me to record essential information to refer to at at later date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

When I create a packet, all the files are out of order. I have to open in Adobe to reorder the pages. For example, I add each file as an "Exhibit XYZ" and when a packet is created the Exhibits are out of order in pages. Exhibit H will be before Exhibit A. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
