I like that the form creation tool is very user friendly. You can easily add elements to the form, customise those elements, and rearrange them. For example, you can add an 'image capture' element, which will allow users to upload images from the gallery or camera. You can customise the size of this image, so that the image doesn't fill the whole page. of the completed form. You can even customise whether the labels advising the user to upload to image appear below or above the image field. You can fine-tune the form just for your company's needs.

Other excellent features include:

-See statistics on the number of submissions for each type of form

-Assign users into groups. Each group can then have access to multiple forms.

-Forms can be completed by users even when they don't have a data connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing i dislike is that there is now way to theme a form with your company's logo or company colours. I'm nitpicking though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very convenient that we can create custom sign offs and then adjust those sign offs in real time if changes are needed once we start to use the sign off in the field. Creating the sign offs is simple, the basics can be taught to someone new in just a couple of minutes.

The finished sign offs are clean and easy to navigate. The file sizes are also very manageable. The administration functions are simple as well and easy to figure out and navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Canvas load very slowly on a mobile device. The website is also often slow to load.

We run into a lot of issues with people who have created an account already. We cannot add them to our apps/sign offs. This is an ongoing issue. The fix is straight forward (make them a new account with a different email address) but often this secondary email address is not their primary address and that sometime creates future issues.

On several occasions I have emailed questions to Canvas and received no answer or received and answer weeks later, which is pretty useless. I have also left phone messages and never received a call back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From a client perspective this is a great tool. We are able to add questions that they want to have answered and involve the store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It crashes and can be unreliable. It is sometimes too slow and froze twice today when I was using it. From a user perspective it is slow and increases the amount of time spent at each store, which results in lost revenue for my company. This is a good product, but if there were a similar product with better user capabilities, I would consider using that one instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
