CallAnswer Reviews & Product Details

CallAnswer is voicemail with intake for plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, roofers and other home-service trades. You and your crew record your own greeting and your own questions, in the browser or on your phone, starting from a plain-language script for your trade. When you can't pick up, callers hear your real voice (no computer voice), press a key or type their ZIP code, and say what they need in their own words. Callers outside the ZIP codes you serve hear a polite goodbye. Any key can be marked as an emergency, and pressing it alerts you right away by push and email (and a text to your phone on file). Every call lands in the web dashboard and the mobile app as a sorted lead with the keypad answers, the ZIP, a verdict (qualified, emergency, outside your area, hung up part-way) and the caller's recording, kept for 90 days. Calls are answered by fixed rules you set; no AI model writes or speaks to your callers. It works with your existing business number by forwarding missed calls to your CallAnswer number. Pricing is a flat monthly rate with no per-minute billing, setup fees or contracts: Essentials $99/month (up to 40 calls), Starter $297/month (up to 100 calls) and Pro $497/month (up to 1,212 calls, plus review requests and appointment reminders to customers who opt in to texts). Billed monthly from the day you subscribe; cancel anytime from the dashboard.
