Building Intelligence Center Reviews & Product Details

The Building Intelligence Center (BIC) by Next Sense is a building performance platform that turns raw building data into verified, measurable outcomes — automatically and continuously. Most building management tools stop at dashboards. The BIC goes further. It connects your building's data sources — BMS, energy meters, occupancy sensors, and more — runs them through AI-driven analysis, and layers on expert validation from Next Sense's human Building Performance Experts (BPEs). The result: not just insights, but actions. Real interventions, tracked and verified. At the heart of the BIC is a continuous optimization loop: Data → Interpretation → Action. Every cycle makes your buildings smarter, more energy-efficient, and better for the people inside them. Meet B.AI - your building's AI assistant. B.AI is the conversational intelligence layer built into the BIC. Ask it questions in plain language - "Why did energy spike on Tuesday?" or "Which floors are running too warm?" - and get instant, data-backed answers. No more hunting through reports or waiting on FM teams. B.AI puts building intelligence directly in the hands of the people who run your assets. The BIC is purpose-built for property owners, asset managers, facility operators, and sustainability leads who need more than monitoring - they need performance. Whether you're managing a single trophy asset or a multi-site portfolio, the BIC gives your team the tools, the AI, and the expert backing to move from reactive to proactive building management. Next Sense is B-Corp certified, ISO 27001 compliant, and GDPR-ready - so your data stays secure and your sustainability credentials stay solid.
