Validate Reviews & Product Details

Validate is built for UK M&E subcontractors working on jobs under £5m. Your engineers log work from site in a few taps. Entries are time-stamped, with a photo and GPS location when the phone allows it, and the engineer app works offline and syncs when the phone reconnects. Every submission lands in one validation queue with its evidence attached. You approve or reject with a reason, and the audit trail records it. From approved work, Validate builds invoices and payment applications with retention, cumulative totals and CIS deductions calculated, as a branded PDF ready to send. It also covers RAMS and permits, snags with photo evidence, the programme, people and qualifications with expiry dates, tenders, and a commercial register for variations, risks and instructions in plain English. Records are kept in plain English whatever form the contract takes. Validate Lite is a smaller, phone-first version for small firms: quote, win, run the job, invoice, and see the margin.
