## About BP Builder
BP Builder is business plan software that replaces the financial modeling spreadsheet with a guided conversation. Rather than starting from a blank template, users are interviewed by an assistant that adapts its questions to their business model, sector and stage: revenue drivers, cost structure, payroll, capital expenditure and financing. A separate calculation engine converts the conversation into financial statements using auditable accounting rules, so every figure traces back to an assumption the user validated. The output is a complete 5-year financial plan: profit and loss, cash flow statement, balance sheet, debt schedule and break-even analysis, with a dashboard tracking cash, EBITDA, revenue and expenses. Benchmarks across thirty industries provide indicative figures for fields the user cannot yet populate, while all assumptions remain fully editable. Plans export to Excel in one click, as ten worksheets with six charts and live formulas, so accountants, lenders and investors can audit and adjust the model directly rather than working from a static PDF. BP Builder is used by founders preparing a plan for a bank or investor, finance teams rebuilding or refreshing an existing plan, and accounting firms producing plans across a client portfolio. A one-year dashboard is available free. The full 5-year plan and Excel export are included in paid subscriptions.
