What do you like best about BoldTrail?

I can choose exactly what I need, like a flyer or a postcard, and with just a couple of clicks I can download it. Then I can print as many copies as I want, or send it out to be printed. I am a user, I don't have any idea on actual dollar amount cost. But there is ease of use and a great time saver. I would think that is worth something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoldTrail?

Nothing. I signed up thinking I would have access to capabilities that they don't have. Then some of the capabilites they do have didn't work for me because I live in a small area. When Itried to cancel several times, they told me no. They said I was stuck in a contract. How was I suppsed to truely know what I was getting and what would or would not work for me without being able to test their software before hand. I feel like they are holding me hostage in this contract and that is shady! Iwould never hold someone to a contract if they weren't satisfied with my work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoldTrail?

The campaigns are awesome, and the automation is great as well. I’ve never run into a problem that I couldn’t get resolved through chat support, and the Agent Success Plan course is a really solid place to start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail?

What do you dislike about BoldTrail?

Where do I even begin? Before signing with BoldTrail / Inside Real Estate, do yourself a favor and read the Google reviews, Reddit threads, G2 reviews, and Capterra reviews. I really wish we had taken them more seriously.

Our experience has been awful. Since switching from CINC to BoldTrail, we’re getting only a small fraction of the leads we used to get—and no, this is definitely not a case of “quality over quantity.” Out of our $1,100 monthly ad spend, they’re pretty much only sending Facebook leads, and the quality is not good at all. With CINC, we were getting over 50 Google leads a month on the same budget. BoldTrail can’t come anywhere close. We’re already into the first week of this month and haven’t received a single Google lead. The results have been HORRIBLE.

The CRM itself is clunky and poorly designed, and it clearly isn’t built with the day-to-day reality of Realtors, brokers, or sales teams in mind. Oh and on the sales demo they may say they have certain items like AI text messaging or video text messaging, but everything is an Addon, and costs extra on top of the $1,600 a month we're already paying.

Overall, the platform has been a MAJOR step backward for our business. The worst part is that once you realize how bad it is, they still make it extremely difficult to get out of the contract. We regret leaving CINC. BoldTrail has been a complete disappointment, from the product to the overall experience. And despite our best efforts to get out of the contract because they’re not holding up their end of the deal, they’ll just send it to collections. I’ve escalated this multiple times and even emailed their CEO - no surprise, he didn’t respond.

What do you like best about BoldTrail?

The platform concept is straightforward — a managed Google Ads service for real estate agents. Setup was handled by their team, which requires little technical knowledge from the agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail?

The platform does not support international phone numbers — a critical limitation that was never disclosed at contract signing. I discovered this after five months and $7,500 in payments, when it was finally confirmed in writing by IRE staff on March 2, 2026.

My Google Ads campaign was suspended on November 25, 2025 with no notice to me. Billing continued at $1,500/month throughout the suspension.

On May 4, 2026, IRE's General Counsel confirmed in writing that campaign performance data will never be provided to clients because it is "proprietary to IRE." I contracted for a managed advertising service and was denied any visibility into how my money was being spent.

I sent formal breach notices on April 8 and April 29, 2026. Both were rejected. I have now paid $12,000 with no data access, a suspended campaign, and undisclosed platform limitations. I have filed complaints with the Florida AG (FDUTPA), the FTC, and the BBB. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoldTrail?

I like that everything in BoldTrail works very good, but what really stands out for me is their CRM. It's the first one I've seen that's clean and doesn't have too many things where it's overwhelming to go into the back end. Most realtors don't want to log into something overwhelming, but BoldTrail's CRM is nice and clean without a bunch of buttons to click and look at. What they built with their AI makes sure we don't have to spend so much time on lead follow-up. Also, setting it up was very easy and the customer service was amazing. So far, I'm very happy with everything, and I'd definitely rate it a 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoldTrail?

I use BoldTrail for my Real Estate and mortgage business. It helps me follow up with clients and keeps them on top of mind while also assisting me with task follow-through. I enjoy features like calling video, template emails, and campaigns, which are really great with buyers. The analysis of the market for listings is another aspect I find valuable. I believe these tools are essential for every real estate agent. I love the 'stream' feature because it’s multiversal in terms of what we can accomplish in the app. The communication with clients is clear, creating a nice flow for both me and the client. The system proved to be unnecessarily complex for our workflow, and several critical features were either unavailable or did not function as expected. Most notably, I never received text notifications for incoming leads, which significantly affected our ability to respond promptly.
